Being a sustainable farm means seeking a daily balance between human activity and nature.
Between our production needs and respect for a capital made up of soil, biodiversity and landscape, which must be preserved and enhanced to deliver excellence.
We take full care of our production, from sowing to processing. Using regenerative organic methods and innovative processes, we capture the purity of the land and the organoleptic nuances of its fruit.
To guarantee the authentic flavours and healthy properties of raw materials and products. And to contribute with concrete actions to the integrity of the planet, our community and future generations.

We haven't had a chance to visit the farm but are fans of Fattoria Triboli’s amazing olive oil (2023 crop). It is a strong oil, of a beautiful green color, fruity and sharp, delicious with salads,...
We haven't had a chance to visit the farm but are fans of Fattoria Triboli’s amazing olive oil (2023 crop). It is a strong oil, of a beautiful green color, fruity and sharp, delicious with salads, as “last touch” on soups or simply on a piece of bread! I also recommend the solid shampoo, the best I have tried so far. It has a delicate, natural fragrance, lathers beautifully and delivers on results! The whole family has adopted it as we’ve noticed that it makes our hair clean and soft.
We love that the product range is kept small, a sign of seriousness. A short list of great products indicates a focus on doing well what works. A lot of effort seemingly went into the packaging : it is simple, elegant and ecological and conveys effectively the values of the farm.
We hope to visit one day to experience the place and see the olive trees that provide the oil that delights us!
